A bit about Joan
Joan D’Angola Kluge has been successfully running Joan D'Angola Consulting since 2007, after having worked for over thirteen years in various positions within the public sector. Her experience includes management and Executive Director positions at both the municipal and non-profit levels, several years in Washington, DC working for non profit international organizations and seven years working at the federal government level assisting numerous non profit housing societies throughout BC and Alberta. Joan has formal training in public policy and public administration, with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. As a small business owner, Joan knows first-hand the value and importance of honest, quality service with integrity and that is what clients can expect from her. Joan is dedicated to the public sector and she loves helping non profit organizations succeed. Joan originally hails from Port Alberni on Vancouver Island and currently lives in Ladner, BC with her husband and two young children.
